Review guidelines

Buzzed In helps renters share honest experiences. Reviews are anonymous, but they should be fair and useful to the next person deciding whether to sign a lease.

Do

• Only review a building you have lived in.
• Describe what happened: repairs, heat, pests, noise, deposits, how management responded.
• Stick to your own experience and be specific.

Don't

• Name or identify individual people (neighbors, supers, staff) or post unit numbers.
• Post phone numbers, emails, links, or other personal information.
• Use hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language.
• Post fake reviews, review your own property, or post many reviews for one building.
• Make accusations of crimes you can't back up.

Flagging and removal

Anyone can flag a review. Reviews that break these guidelines are removed. We don't remove reviews just because they are negative.
